Refund Policy

ReSPEC ("we", "us") is operated by Potential Labs Inc. Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase unlocks the full version of a single strengths report (resume bullets, elevator pitch, detailed analysis, supporting evidence). It is digital content delivered immediately upon successful payment.

Refund eligibility

• Waiver of withdrawal right. By purchasing and immediately accessing the full report, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal (including the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period and the 7-day right under Korean law) once the report is unlocked.
• Therefore, purchases are strictly non-refundable once the report has been delivered and unlocked.
• Technical issues. Notwithstanding the above, if you experienced a verified technical problem (e.g., the report failed to generate, unlock failed, or you were charged more than once), we will issue a full refund. Submit your request within 14 days of the transaction date.
• Merchant of Record discretion. Paddle handles all transactions and may issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances in accordance with its Buyer Terms.
• Canada. For purchases made from Canada, Paddle provides a 7-day unconditional right to cancel; such requests are honored per Paddle's policy.
• Where mandatory consumer law grants you a refund/withdrawal right that cannot be waived, that right is honored regardless of the above.
